Elsa is a Certified Breath Coach focusing on functional breathing to improve mental and physical health.
She holds a bachelor in Behavioral Science from Lund University in Sweden, spent a number of years working in social media agencies and tech companies in London before moving to Los Angeles in 2019.
Through her company Andetag, she works with individuals and companies, such as PwC, and Condé Nast, to breathe themselves happier and healthier.
She teaches breathing techniques to improve sports performance, alleviate anxiety, improve sleep, and much more.
